Game of the week: Donut County

A few words and phrases to give you an idea of what donut county is about: “Trash stealing raccoons”, “remote controlled trash stealing hole”, and “play as an ever-growing hole in the ground.”

Confused? Let me help you out.

Be a hole

Donut County is a story-based puzzle game. Your basic objective is, in the words of the developer – ” Meet Cute Characters, steal their trash, and throw them in a hole!”

You play as BK, a hole-driving raccoon. BK swallows up his friends to steal their trash and earn idiotic prizes. But when he is swallowed up by his own hole, BK faces the residents of donut county, whom BK had dropped 999 feet underground! The holes result in a society seeking to return to the surface.

Each character has a unique home for you to swallow with your hole. You may catapult stuff back out of the hole, or just destroy stuff using it. Mix-up stuff, make soup, breed bunnies, and set off fireworks.

Sounds fun? Cause it is.

With its exclusive and unique hole-dragging and trash-stealing experience, Donut County is a treat. The game constantly feels interesting and exciting. Each puzzle feels fresh and not at all repetitive. With a lovely soundtrack in the background and unique visual style, the game feels worth every dollar
